scwrp volunteer opportunities

The SCWRP Orange County Task Force needs representatives from throughout the county and its watersheds who can fill various rolls extending from Public Advisory Committee members to grassroots organizers. The county Task Forces have been staffed by a Coastal Conservancy Local Assistance Program until the recent shut down of state funding for certain projects. The county Local Assistance staff were laid off entirely for an undetermined length of time. Because of this we are currently not hosting monthly meetings but concentrating on the work already being done and the grant programs.
