One of the crown jewels of Orange County’s coastal environment is the Bolsa Chica Ecological Preserve. The Preserve includes easily accessible trails, several scenic overlooks, cool ocean breezes, and a vast numbers of birds which all combine for an exceptional outdoor experience. An interpretive center in the north parking lot and free docent-led tours provided each month give the opportunity for a well-rounded education of Bolsa Chica.
