Regional Policies

Below are resources associated with regional policies that Friends of Harbors, Beaches and Parks (FHBP) has been involved with. This work involves the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) and its Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS), collectively Connect SoCal, and the Environmental Impact Report/Statement (EIR/EIS).
