Cap and Trade Review

It appears California will be reviewing the Cap and Trade program set up to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Very specific goals were set and should be reached by 2030–as promised, but the last thing that should happen is a rollback of environmental policies like we’ve seen at the federal level.
