This is exciting news: One of the restoration projects funded by OCTA has been completed and signed off by the natural resource agencies. As you may recall, Friends of Harbors, Beaches & Parks (FHBP) was the driving force for the Environmental Mitigation Program within OCTA’s Renewed Measure M. It is fantastic to see this work being completed and the environment looking better and better. Congrats to all the parties involved on reaching this milestone!
