Congratulations to Protect Our Homes and Hills for this victory. The proposed 340 unit development above Yorba Linda can’t move forward as planned with an entry road that is only 20-24 feet wide. The County of Orange and Orange County Fire Authority approved access at 56-100 feet wide across City land to allow ingress/egress to the project, but the City said NO.
