FHBP Seeks New Board Members

with No Comments
Friends of Harbors, Beaches and Parks (FHBP) is seeking new board members to join our active, engaged, and community-focused board of directors.
Based in Orange County, we provide a coordinated and effective voice for conservation across Southern California. Our mission is to protect the natural lands, waterways, and beaches of Orange County and beyond.
Serving on our nonprofit board is an opportunity to grow your understanding of conservation, from local grassroots efforts to regional and state policy-making. You will hear about issues affecting our parks, endangered species, and natural areas—including climate change, recreation, and development.
Our all-volunteer board currently meets by Zoom due to COVID—generally on the 4th Monday of each month, in the evening. In addition to serving on our board, there are other ways to get involved by joining our Outreach, Hiking, and Policy Sub-Committees.
We look forward to benefiting from fresh and diverse perspectives on our board. To apply for a board position or ask questions, please reach out to President@FHBP.org.
