We are so sorry to learn of Jack Keating’s passing. He was an ardent and solid supporter of Upper Newport Bay and for years FHBP as well. He testified before the Environmental Oversight Committee to support of acquisition dollars and restoration projects when conservation funding was secured through OCTA’s transportation sale tax measure.
