Specific Plan Amendments Need Reversing

Residents continue to be concerned about the amendments made to the Foothill-Trabuco Specific Plan. Amendments made to the plan impact the entire plan, all to accommodate the 65-unit Saddle Crest project. Grading has started on the project site, which brings to light the amendments. Esperanza Hills Approved by Supervisors
